Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 31, 2026

These terms govern your use of the FlowTek LLC website, our chat assistant, our phone assistant, and our text messages. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please contact us directly at hello@flowtekco.com instead.

1. Who we are

FlowTek LLC is a California limited liability company providing commercial beverage equipment maintenance and repair — soda fountains, carbonation systems, ice machines, and related equipment — to businesses in the Greater Bay Area and Monterey Bay.

2. Our website is information, not an offer

Pricing, response times, and service descriptions on this site are general information and may change. They are not a binding quote. A binding agreement exists only when we confirm scope and price with you in writing for a specific job.

3. AI assistants

Our website chat and our business phone line are answered by automated AI assistants. They are designed to answer common questions and gather details so a human technician can follow up. They can make mistakes.

Do not rely on anything an AI assistant tells you as a final quote, a diagnosis, a safety instruction, or a commitment by FlowTek. Anything that matters will be confirmed by a person. Our assistants will never ask you for payment card details, bank information, or passwords — if something claiming to be FlowTek asks for those, it is not us.

Calls to our business line may be recorded, and our assistant discloses this at the start of every call. See our Privacy Policy for details and for how to reach us without using the automated assistant.

4. Text messages

If you provide your mobile number, you agree we may text you about your service request, scheduling, and work in progress. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not send marketing texts, and we do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

5. Service work

Specific service terms — scope, rates, parts, warranty, and payment — are set out in the service agreement, work authorization, or invoice for your job. Those documents control if they conflict with anything on this website.

You are responsible for giving our technicians safe and reasonable access to the equipment, and for telling us about known hazards at the site.

6. Emergencies and equipment safety

Do not use our website, chat, or phone assistant to report an emergency. If you have a gas leak, a CO2 alarm, a fire, a flood, an electrical hazard, or any risk to human safety, evacuate if necessary and call 911 or your utility's emergency line immediately.

7. Referral program

Referral rewards are offered at our discretion and require the referred business to become a paying customer. We may change or end the program at any time. Rewards are not transferable for cash unless we say so in writing.

8. Reviews and feedback

If you submit feedback or a review through our site, you allow us to use it to improve our service. We will not publish your feedback with your name attached without your permission.

9. Acceptable use

Please do not use our website or assistants to break the law, send spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or overload our systems, or misrepresent who you are. We may block access for any of these.

10. Intellectual property

The FlowTek name, logo, site design, and content are our property. You may share links to our pages freely. Please do not copy our content for commercial use without permission.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our website and assistants are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site or assistants will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowTek's total liability arising from your use of this website or our assistants is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. This does not limit any liability that cannot legally be limited, and it does not affect the warranty terms in your service agreement.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Santa Cruz County, California.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
